General information regarding data collection Apart from the information specified below (cf. sect. "Cookies. IP address, Pixel Tags & Tracking Technology"), the Company shall exclusively handle the information that you have directly and voluntarily supplied such as, for example, when filling in the "Contact" section on the Website. Purposes and methods of data handling Your personal information shall be handled: (i) in order to initiate your requests and, thus, manage the relationship you wish to establish with our Company or which has been established between yourself and the Company; (ii) to fulfill the obligations required by EC laws, rules or regulations, as well as orders issued by judicial authorities; (iii) in the special sections reserved for sending resumes/CVs, the information shall be used exclusively for selection purposes. In relation to the said purposes, it should be specified that the Company shall not collect information of a sensitive nature through the website such as, for example, information related to: race and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other convictions, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as any personal information which may reveal details about your state of health and sex life. In fact, according to the provisions of the Privacy Code, the collection of the aforementioned information requires your prior written permission. We would, therefore, ask you to refrain from providing information of a sensitive nature since we are unable to obtain your written permission though the Internet.
